Return conditions

By purchasing online, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery of your order. Beyond this period, we will no longer be able to offer you a credit or an exchange.

Only items that have not benefited from a price discount can be returned. Items discounted, on promotion or on sale cannot be returned.

When you return product(s), you can request a credit or a product exchange .

The issuance of the credit note will nevertheless be subject to the deduction of the shipping cost of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel it, please note that cancellation fees may be in place if your order has already been prepared.

You will be freed from the shipping cost corresponding to the return of the product(s).

For any returns, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible, by email at hello@altanto.fr; by specifying the reference(s) returned as well as the reason for return. It is the person who initiated the order who must make the request.

Once we receive your return, we will examine the products to verify that they have not been used and that the original packaging is intact.

If these conditions are not met, your return will not be eligible for any credit or exchange.

If everything is compliant, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the terms and conditions for obtaining a credit or exchange.
